How it all started...
I began my professional career in UK local government, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help them secure employment or advance in their careers. Since then, I have gained extensive experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring teams, as well as delivering training programmes nationwide.
With over 20 years of expertise in career coaching, and recruitment, a BSc degree in Psychology and certifications in career coaching, CV writing, and mental health first aid. My credentials equip me to effectively support individuals in reaching their full potential.
