Not at all — we work with professionals around the world. Although LHCV Solutions is based in the UK, all coaching sessions and group programmes are delivered virtually via video call, making it straightforward to work together regardless of your location or time zone.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call to ensure we’re a great fit. From there, we agree a structured programme — typically spanning several sessions — designed around your specific goals. Sessions are usually 60 minutes, conducted virtually at a time that works for you.

We primarily use Zoom for video sessions, though we can accommodate Microsoft Teams if that works better for you. You will receive a joining link in advance of each session. No special technical knowledge is required — just a stable internet connection and a quiet space.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Full details are included in our coaching agreement, which is shared before any engagement begins.
