Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between LHCVSolutions Ltd and the user (Client) accessing our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

1. Services

1.1. We provide CV & resume writing services, career consultancy, job search skills, interview training, networking tips, and
confidence-building techniques to individuals seeking employment opportunities.

1.2. The services provided are intended for guidance and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as
securing employment.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. The Client acknowledges that the success of our services depends on accurate and truthful information provided by the Client
regarding their education, employment history, skills and career goals.

2.2. The Client agrees to promptly respond to requests for information and feedback during the process of receiving services.

3. Payment

3.1. Fees for services are outlined in the pricing structure provided by Consultant. Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of
services.

3.2. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

3.3. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except as required by law.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Consultant agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to
third parties without prior written consent from the Client, except as required by law.

4.2. Client information includes but is not limited to CVs, resumes, employment history and career goals.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection
with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.

6.2. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

8. Modification

8.1. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms
on our website.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Consultant and Client and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
